• Troubleshooting- Staff can't Log In/ No account found

  A Staff Member Can’t Login: Staff members should now be using their Google or Microsoft accounts to log in to SchoolPoint/ Bridge- depending on what their school uses. If staff login fails, contact your key contact/ admin person in the first instance  Failing that - you will need to check the overall KAMAR sync within SchoolPoint, to check if it is up to date. • Staff Code Changes- Staff can't log in

  If your staff have changed their original codes in KAMAR for whatever reason, they may now have trouble logging into SchoolPoint or SchoolBridge. This is because all the information and data such as timetable info, is attached to the code in KAMAR. Just by changing the staff's code in KAMAR it will not change the code in SchoolPoint or SchoolBridge when a sync is run.
