Student Menu Settings in SchoolPoint (Previously Student Navigation)
Student Menu Settings
You can select what appears in the side menu of SchoolPoint when a student logs in (after Logging in to the SchoolBridge dashboard then selecting SchoolPoint), depending on year level if you wish. These can be turned on and off at different times of the year depending what is applicable to the student at the time. It avoids them having too many things to be expected to look at when they log in. Parents/ Caregivers will see the same as the student when they log in also. You can also choose what the public see.
You can customise the names of the Navigation/ Student Menu Items that the students will see, and also the Folder names.
Settings > Student Menu Settings > check applicable boxes
Adding an Extra Page for Navigation
Student Menu Settings => New Navigation Menu (down bottom of page) => Add Menu name => Check years visible for => Save Navigation
There is now a way of sorting the pages into folders. See screenshot. This then makes it a little less cluttered down the left hand menu for students/ public to view:

Below is the student view, with all Course Information and Careers information inside drop down folders:
