Exporting Data from eTAP into SchoolBridge

The following process is for eTAP schools, exporting their staff, student and caregiver data from eTAP and into SchoolBridge.

Students and Caregivers

These steps export a CSV file of student data, you can then import these file without modifying it into SchoolBridge.

From your eTAP Dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the left menu to School Wide Subgroups
Click the Whole School button
Click the Learners Hub button
Click the Pupal List button

This will show many checkbox options to select. Click the Following:
pupil ID
Preferred Family Name (Alias)
Preferred Name (Alias)
Year
Room
Gender
Caregiver name(s)
Caregiver mobile
Caregiver email
Student Email
Siblings
Class Last Year
Class Next Year
House
Alert Important Info

Then at the bottom, click the DOWNLOAD(CSV) button. This will download a file to your computer, you do not need to open it.

Importing into SchoolBridge

Administrators will be able to import this, from your dashboard, go to the Student Details section, and click Export/Import
In the popup, click the Browse or Select button, find the export from eTAP in your Downloads and select that.
Then click Import.

This will add/update any students included in the file, any students that are not included in the file will be marked as left, so we strongly recommend importing the full school list.
