| How to ‘@ mention’ staff members during the approval process to ‘Keep them in the Loop’.

When a request or form has been submitted and it starts going through your approval stages, you can notify any other staff member to keep them abreast of the submission.

Mentioned staff members can view the submission and join in the discussion about it.

You can @-mention staff members in two ways:
