# Clear Out Test Data / Previous Course Selections to Start Over- This is IMPORTANT!

As an administrator, you can clear out data you may have been using to test with, or to reset Course Selection information to begin a new year of selecting. This is very important to ensure the course rules are applied to students correctly for that year when they log on and also to reset their leaving intentions settings- if you require these to be set before courses are selected.
